30-Day easy returns

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery for most items, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email us at hehemy@126.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply within 24 business hours with return instructions.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping needed in most cases. A photo or short video of the issue helps us process it faster.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been heavily chewed, scratched or soiled by pets may not qualify for a full refund. We review these case by case and always aim to be fair.
