Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery

Free standard shipping on orders over $30.
Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU and Australia, depending on the destination.
Orders under $30 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at hehemy@126.com.
